Diqing Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture is situated in Northwest Yunnan Province, on the southern extended belt of Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau and the hinterland of Hengduan Mountain, and the three parallel rivers (Yangtze, Mekong, and Salwen) areas. Along the ancient tea and horse road, “Shangri-La”, the Heaven in man’s world, is descript by James Hilton in “The Lost Horizon”. Association is located in No. 31 Jinlong Street, Old town, Shangri-la, Diqing Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province, P. R. C.
